The property

Ground floor

Large, bright living room opening onto the terrace and pool, with sofa, big-screen TV and dining table. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, wine fridge and Nespresso machine. One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs

Reached by a spiral staircase: a large bedroom with two double beds (160 and 140 cm) and a single bed, a shower room and the children's play area. Toilet on each floor.

Lattes, between Montpellier and the sea

Lattes combines a green residential setting with easy access to Montpellier. Worth discovering: Port Ariane and its waterside terraces, the Méjean lagoon and its pink flamingos, and the Henri Prades archaeological museum. The beaches of Palavas-les-Flots and Carnon are less than 10 minutes away by car.
